The GPT Group is one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups. JLL specialises in financial and professional services for the real estate market and manages a portfolio specifically for the GPT Group.

Buffed franchisee Rick Pass continues to work closely with many JLL staff and contractors who have been instrumental in assisting his business to thrive. Buffed will also be part of the enhanced tenant services at the new neighbouring building at 111 Eagle St (OneOneOne), which is also owned by GPT Group and managed by JLL.  All employees from both the Riverside Centre and 111 Eagle St have demonstrated a proactive and passionate interest in assisting Rick with his new franchise and has made a significant difference.

Within the very competitive commercial office environment, both GPT and JLL have identified that providing a premium service to tenants and individuals that utilise these spaces can offer a positive point of difference. Based on the success of this relationship, Buffed is now working closely with senior executives from both GPT and JLL to explore many more buildings in which the Buffed model can be replicated.
